Title: The Labyrinth of Time, Size: 48 x 48
The artwork portrays time as an intricate labyrinth, where every path represents the choices, experiences, and moments that shape our journey through life. ARTIST BIOGRAPHY
Pankaj Sachdeva is a self-taught Indian visual artist whose artistic practice explores the timeless wisdom of Indian philosophy, spirituality, cultural heritage, and universal human values. Through a distinctive visual language characterised by symbolism, geometric structures, vibrant colours, and stylised forms, he reinterprets the philosophical and spiritual foundations of India’s cultural traditions for contemporary audiences.
His work draws inspiration from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, Shiva–Shakti philosophy, Sikh history and teachings, Sufism, Jainism, and Buddhist thought. Moving beyond literal representation, Sachdeva translates profound philosophical concepts into symbolic compositions that explore consciousness, time, harmony, balance, compassion, sacrifice, duty, and spiritual awakening.
